In February of 1998, the Olin family spent a week at the Westin Casuarina Resort at Grand Cayman. The site was selected for the 1998 Archway Owners Meeting. There were clouds forming on the Archway horizon, most everybody knew it. The meetings were as uncomfortable as the scuba diving was fun.
Even so, no one could ever imagine that it would be the last Archway Cookies Owner's Meeting.
The Cayman Islands were familiar territory for Tom, as he had traveled there on several prior occasions, as part of his divemaster training. But for the kids, it was their first trip outside the United States.
Obviously, the trip was a memorable one, with everyone going home slightly water-logged.
